The second vision insurance plan is the PrimeStar Choice Vision plan. This is the higher cost plan of the two offerings. The plan offers full coverage for vision exams and copayments for eyeglass materials and contacts once per year. Frames are covered up to $150 with single vision, bifocal, and trifocal lenses covered in full. To ensure the best savings, it is recommended that customers go to in-network providers. The PrimeStar Choice Vision plan uses the VSP Choice network.
